It is really stunning to see in how many ways Yom Kippur is used as a hanger for peoples dirty laundry to hang on. Yom Kippur is not a time to remember a war in which the Zionists caused many young men to loose their life for no justified reason -

The Holy Brisker Rav ZATZAL said that if only one Jew looses his life for the Zionist State, that is too much.

Some call it time for “reflection” etc. and other empty psychological/philosophical garbage talk.

Yom Kippur is the time for one thing ONLY: To repent for not fulfilling our duties to HASHEM YISBORACH as Authentic Jews. This means the Halacha in its entirety. The reason we must ask or fellow Jews for forgivness and repent for our sins between us and our fellow Authentic Jews is olso ONLY because these Mitzvos command us to do so because that is Hashem’s will, not because of empty humanistic ethics.

Oh Hahsem accept the Tshuvah of Authentic Jews everywhere, even those who in their inocent ignorance do not know how to serve You. And may non-authentic Jews, whereever they may hide, be totally destroyed by Your Great, Holy wrath in our days!

The (Authentic) Brisker Rav ZATZAL related the following anecdote about his father, the Holy Reb Chaim ZATZAL:

When he (the Brisker Rav) was a child, on Tisha BeAv, Reb Chaim saw him talking to another child in the Synagogue.

Reb Chaim asked him as to the subject of their conversation.

The Brisker Rav said that he related the famous Gemara in Gitin about the Churban.

Reb Chaim continued: “And what did the other boy say to you?”

His son said: That a certain “scholarly” work quotes this Gemarah with a different Girsa than that of the Gemara.

Immediately R’ Chaim raised his voice and said “You must know that this boy is an epikorus, It is forbidden to stand in his 4 Amos, and his wine is forbidden…

It looks obvious that Reb Chaim saw things that many others overlooked. Baruch Hashem we have Authentic Gedolei Yisroel!

While all Authentic Jewish Torah concepts are holy and pure, in our times, there are certain ones that if they are not truly internalized by the Authentic Jew, the lack of such can have cataclysmic outcomes.

These ideas are the ones which control our interpretation of what we see transpiring around us in the past or present. In the absence of firm convictions based on these ideas, the understanding (actually the misunderstanding) of the world can cause weaknesses in the pillars of faith upon which Authentic Judaism rests. That is why we have decided to iterate some of them in this forum, hoping that our devoted readers, as well as us, will take their strengthening to heart.

All these ideas are taken directly from our Holy Sages, of blessed memory, as cited herein.

The first essential idea is that Hashem Yisborach runs his world in such a fashion that He is willing to produce a fantastic abundance of something in order to benefit even one righteous man.

For instance, if one ponders:

“Why does Hashem need so many millions of Chinese people who do not know is Great Name?”

The answer is:

Maybe their country served as a haven for certain Jews during the Holocaust, or maybe today they produce certain products that Authentic Jews require. Whatever it may be – it is solely for Authentic Jewry.

This central idea of the Authentic Jewish world outlook could become hard for one to swallow as he observes so many Chinese (in our example, but this is carried over to all cases) and such a large civilization in ratio to the tiny authentic Klal Yisroel. However, once we understand that this is actually how Hashem runs his world (why He does so is another issue, not for now) that when He plans to use an element to provide or shelter His people or a righteous individual, He will make thousands (or millions, or whatever) of those elements just because of the one needed for His plan.

One of the sources for this in the works of our Holy Sages is the Midrash Rabbah in parshas Noach that the entire reason Hashem created crows was just for the one that would bring food to Eliyahu HaNavi when he was hiding in the days of King Achav.

So when you look out your window and see a crow, remember that the only reason he is there (as well as all the other crows around town, and all the other ones who have been perching there for thousands of years) is for the sake of one righteous man named Eliyahu.

I would like to share with the readers an anecdote which I, myself was a witness to.

About 25 years ago I was waiting to get in to the Holy Steipler Gaon. In front of me were two middle aged men who were also waiting in order to request a blessing for a sick relative. They were both wearing  Yamulkahs which easily identified them as Mizrachi.After they entered and the door closed I (and everyone else) heard the Steipler literally screech at an ear piercing volume “Nothing, Nothing can help you!”. I was scared out of my wits! Now everyone who knew this great Gaon knows that he gave away his entire life to help Jews in every type of situation. He was a example of true torah altruism. Yet he thought it necessary to teach these people a strong lesson.

[Update for Clarification: In general (yes, there were some exceptions) the Holy Steipler refused to give a blessing to non-authentic Jews. This is a well known fact. He used to ask people “What is this week’s parsha?” and check their Tzitzis as well. In our case this didn’t happen. You must remember that the Steipler was almost totally deaf and everyone had to communicate with him via written notes. In order to say that he was upset at these people because of something they wrote or asked for would require at least a few minutes for him to read what they had written. As soon as they walked in (approx 4 seconds) the scream could be heard around the block. By the way my father in law heard from the Steipler’s mouth that Kook was simply a “Meshuganer”. Mark it down in the protocol!

This incident came to my mind today. Thank Hashem I have been receiving a lot of attention from a lot of blogs on the net. Most of it, as expected, has been negative. They have tried to disgrace me and what I have written with name calling and cheep rhetoric. Not only that, but if you read what they have written you will see that they openly admit to have attempted to ruin my Google rating with shady schemes.

All I can say to these poor,lost souls is keep up the good work. The harder you try to battle Authentic Jewish Ideology the greater we will prevail. And with Hashem’s help we WILL prevail.

I love bananas, especially the real big ones. A banana is an amazing powerhouse of energy. However, we sometimes overlook an amazing part of the banana, the peel. The peel, besides being a very efficient wrapper to keep the banana fresh and dry, also has another very important function: to announce when it is the best time to eat the great fruit inside. You see, when the peel is green we know that the banana isn’t ready yet, but when it turns yellow we know that the time has come to peel it and eat it.

This is an absolute miracle that deserves studying! All fruits are green when they are still "cooking" on the tree. During this time, they hide by blending in with the green leaves of the tree.

They are hiding because they know that their purpose is to be eaten by creatures which possess color eyesight.

However, when they are ready, they stick out like a sore thumb!

Oranges turn orange; grapefruits turn yellow, and so on. They are screaming "we are now ready to fulfill our purpose! Come eat me!

So this week I had some weird bananas. They were still greenish and didn’t look ripe yet. I was hungry, so I went and peeled one. To my surprise, the banana was already overripe and soft. The ripeness and peel color were really out of sync. Then it dawned on me that this wasn’t an accident. It made me realize how often we take for granted the great miracle that the peel and ripeness are in sync! We stupid humans don’t appreciate things until we lose them, or they go wrong. So now I felt great gratitude to Hashem for this great miracle that shows when we should and when we shouldn’t eat fruit.

We can turn every meal we eat into a lesson of Hashem’s kindliness to us if we just open our eyes to see it.

How many innocent Jewish children were killed by Hitler because of the sins of that generation?

Our last post regarding Yad VaShem provoked many a reader. Some responded with great hostility. Actually, that was our intention. We want our readers to be shocked, to awaken them from their deep slumber inside a thick sleeping bag of non-Authentic Jewish Ideology.

As a continuation of that post we are honored to present some profound teachings of Rabbi Avigdor Miller ZAL. We quote:

The entire Nazi hatred and murder campaign was miraculously senseless.  The German Jews were educated, wealthy, and intensely loyal to their “fatherland”.  Hitler could have benefited immensely from their chemists, physicists, engineers, medicine specialists, and financiers.  His madness in destroying this tremendous reservoir of genius and power is understood only when viewed in the light of G-D’s guidance of history.  The puzzling violence and spiritual enthusiasm of the famous Jew haters is a mysterious phenomenon which was inspired for Divine purposes.  The great destruction, then, deserves to be studied carefully.

Remember, however, that European Jewry contained some of the choicest elements of our people and even the worst European Jews were not only immeasurably superior to the best Germans, but they were far superior to any nation or people of the world.

But because so many European Jews fell into the error of admiring and emulating the Germans, G-D allowed the Germans to do their utmost to show whom who they really are. Those Jews who had begun to ignore the Soul and in imitation of the gentiles devoted their efforts solely to the needs of the body were made to see how their efforts ended in the worst ruination of Jewish bodies in history; whereas their fathers who had given their best efforts for the benefit of the Soul, had their bodies preserved in relative peace and well being.

Because for the first time in Jewish history woman had ceased to cover their hair, the Germans shaved them bald in the death camp.

Because the virtues of chaste dress and behavior were diminished in imitation of the gentiles, they were marched naked to the gas chambers and the Jewish woman were subjected to every barbarous indecency before they were killed.

Because they had attempted to mingle with the gentiles and be lost among them, they were forced to wear a star of David and were shut up in ghettos before being killed.

Because they had so revered the Physicians, especially the German specialists, they were subjected to malicious experiments and the torments German Physicians imposed upon them.

Because they forsook the laws of the Torah, they were subjected to the Nuremburg Laws which deprived them of all rights which other men enjoyed.

In an era which such discriminatory laws and ghettos have long been unknown, this sudden throwback to medieval times was truly a startling phenomenon.

It was all an open miracle: The sudden rise of a poor laborer to tremendous power over nations, his supernatural hatred for Jews, his fatal blunder of reopening a second front against Russia whereby he accomplished only the massacre of the Jewish population, and all the other details of this frightful miracle.

All this deserves careful study just as the case of Purim is studied in careful detail!

Here we have a true and Authentic Great Rabbi informing us how we should view the destruction of European Jewry! Let us harken to his words!

For some strange reason it has become a custom, even for Authentic Jews, to visit the Yad VaShem Museum here in Jerusalem, during the three weeks of mourning for the destruction of the Beis HaMikdash which will begin tomorrow the 17^th of Tamuz.

This custom is very problematic.  There are many reasons why Authentic, G-D fearing Jews should always stay away from museums and other public institutions that are run by non-Torah Jews.

However the most dangerous possible result of a visit to Yad VaShem is that it could dent one’s Authentic Jewish Ideology.

We must know that the Authentic Jewish Outlook regarding the Holocaust is exactly the way Rabbi Avigdor Miller taught us again and again, that the Holocaust was a punishment to the Jews of Europe for departing from Torah life [as well as a protective motion to halt their downfall.]

I find it hard to believe that such a theme is promoted at Yad VaShem or any other Holocaust museum. They will explain and present, at great length, the socio-economic reasons and causes of the Holocaust as well as the political ones, and so on. However, they certainly will not reveal the great truth that Hashem sent Hitler and his henchmen to fulfill the great prophecy predicted in the Torah that “if you will not adhere to the words of the Torah your bodies will be food for the birds of the sky to eat”.

Seeing such a graphic presentation of the horrors of the Holocaust without correct interpretation in real time could seriously damage ones correct Jewish ideology, that itself being a terrible sin.

Another important point to remember is the Yad VaShem Museum is a great hall of hypocrisy. Today we know how much the Zionist movement and their officers like Ben Gurion, Weizman, Greenbaum and others (may their names be erased forever) actually assisted in the genocide of European Jewry. New and disturbing information comes to light almost every year on this subject. That THEY should have the audacity to construct a Holocaust “Memorial” is simply unheard of. Would you visit a neo-Nazi Holocaust “Memorial”?

Rabbi Dov Wiesmandel ZATZAL, and others could have saved millions of Jewish souls had it not been for the Zionists and their leaders who turned their back on them.

Did you know that Solomon Shechter, the founder of the Jewish Theological Cemetery, believed in a people of Israel made up of all religious ideologies which he called “The Catholic Israel”? (Afar LePumey!). Well, if that isn’t revealing, hey man, nothing is.

We know all too well what became of Shechter’s “Israel” – at his Rabbinic institution, which now ordains women “Rabbis” as well as gays and other lowlifes. Even if they were isolated in some far-away wilderness, that is the Holy Dwelling place of Klal Yisroel!”

We are all suffering from the great recession in the US today. Much money which fine people worked very hard for has gone down the drain. Each politician is sure he has the magical solution to the myriad of problems the economy faces. However while quick fixes like stimulus packages might work in the near future, the genius is to produce a solution which will not boomerang 20 years from now.
