Women of Klal Yisroel – Stand Up and Fight for Your Holy Houses!

by Rabbi Raphael Bearmant on י"ז בכסלו ה'תש"ע (December 4, 2009)

The Authentic Jewish Mother is a real woman of valor. Her whole life is dedicated to only one central goal: To build a Yiddeshe Shtub based on Authentic Torah principles. This job is a career of 24/7 with no stop. No vacation.

Rabbi Avigdor Miller used to say that an Authentic Jewish Mother must stand by the door like a Moshgiach in a Yeshivah and supervise exactly what type of material enters her holy home. No Chazir and no non-authentic Jewish reading material in her home!

Many Bnei Torah I have talked to in the last few days have rationalized that the only reason they allow the piece of garbage called “MISHPACHA” into their home is because their wives are bored on Shabbos and need something to read….

Sorry, I don’t buy it. I cannot believe that Kosher, Authentic, Jewish mothers are the reason for this absolute stinking piece of feces having a market among Jewish readers. It cannot be true!

Go look at animals, how they become hysterical when their offspring are in any danger. A Jewish mother who sees that one of her daughters is touching something as gross as the MISHPACHA would probably scream at the top of her capable voice: “Don’t touch that, its TREIF!!!!!”

We call on all Authentic Mothers everywhere to stand firm against anyone who’s intentions are to contaminate the holiness of the sacred Jewish home!

Until you tell me exactly why Mishpacha magazine is so bad, I’m going to continue to bring it into my home and will distribute it to my entire family of 10 to be read. Its really a wonderful magazine. I especially like its advertisements for women’s clothing and pictures of denim skirts and nice shaitels. .

To our readers: We have approved the above comment in order to show everybody what type of bums are readeing this piece of garbage. Ben Torah – is this your type?

Also get something strait:

It is stated in the Kol Kore that is soon to be publicized that the problem with MISHPACHA isn’t “this sentence” or that “article”. The main problem is with the entire theme of the magazine from beginning to end. Get it?

If the MISHPACHA would simply state heresy black and white we wouldn’t need the sharp eyes of authentic rabbis to give advise to throw it out. The eyes of these Rabbis are keener than yours and the “Rabbis” behind this piece of garbage all together.

Hearken to DAAS TORAH!

Take a look at Rosenblums column this week. Does he have any Gedolim backing him up in his claim that more people should go work and not learn full time?

Which Rosenblum are you referring to? Which Column, where and when? You can be assured that no-one will be sparred (by the hands of Authentic Jews or Hashem Yisborach) from the most ferocious punnishement for using a pen (or typewriter or internet or whatever) against Hashem and Authentic Jewish Ideology.

Goober – I have caught nudity in the magazine. Not tznius pictures in ads are also a problem. Overall hashkafic weakness, meaning the dissemination of hashkafos which are NOT approved by the gedolim of our time, is the biggest problems.

Are the writers your standard chareidim who live and breathe the hashkafos that we hold dear? Or are they baalei teshuva who, though they have come a long way, are overflowing with Torah’dik hashkafos?

Why just this week there is an article about how secular childrens books have advantages for children to read about them. They even quote “experts” – librarians on modern schools. But where are the experts on “life” namely the opinions of manhigei yisroel on this issue?

There are examples like this nearly every week. When my kids are old enough to read, we will certainly not be bringing this into our house.

I would like to see more info about this kol korei, please.

Nudity? Oh please.

Let’s not forget — this was the mag that airbrushed Laura Bush out of a White House picture because of their “no women in pictures” policy. Do you really think that if they airbrushed out Laura Bush (who was wearing a perfectly tznius dress) that they’re going to allow blatant nudity?

This is an ancient technique of the NACHASH HAKADMONI, to act a little bit frum (usually when not necessary like the case you mentioned) in order to be able to ruin in other places. Nothing new.

I find it highly interesting that this is the *third* post that you’ve put up railing against Mishpacha without providing even a reason for your feeling (let alone any evidence of wrongdoing).

Yes, I know you’ll say I’m a “bum” for even daring to ask and an apikorus for not just following you on your say so, but I prefer to at least know *why* you say what you say rather than just following you blindly.

No I will not call you a bum as long as you are an authentic Jew asking legitimate questions. The wording of the Kol Kore explicitly states that the reason for it (the Kol Kore) is not necessarily due to this or that article or that picture (albeit there are specific anti Jewish elements in MISHPACHA) but because of its whole general outlook on Jewish issues. Now obviously since this is a Daas Torah statement you don’t have to hearken to it until you see it, but to be on the safe side you would do yourself a favor by stop reading it from right now. Authentic Gedolei Yisroel and those who work together with them to clean up pollution do not spend their morning drinking coffee in Starbuks as Riva Pomerantz would like to think so, they are very busy. Getting a Kol Koreh like this together and out to the public takes time. Be patient.

Rabbi Bearment,

The sharp eyes of authentic rabbis have informed me that Mishpacha is as authentically Jewish as you can get. I have it based on reliable sources that they soon will insist that every electronic device in Eretz Yisroel using an Intel chip be burned. That is the only way to end the awful chilul shabbos in Yerushalayim in the Intel factory operating on Shabbos. Also I understand that they will also demand that all green vegetables should be assur because of bugs.
You can’t get more authentic than that. Mishpacha Magazine is the best !!

You are very gullible.

See what we have written below about the way the NACHASH works.
